This piece is part of my 'Breath' series of highly colourful paintings of similar design but differing sizes. There is 'Breath of Life' which is 3ft square, 'Take a Deep Breath' 5x7", and a teeny 3" canvas called 'Hold your Breath" along with this 8 inch square piece called 'Dragon's Breath'.
My work has an emphasis on texture and I use acrylic paste with palette knives to create a deep, touchable structure which is then coloured with acrylic paint using brush and rag.
This painting is on 100% cotton canvas stretched over a deep (approx 3.5cm) wooden frame and is initialed on the front and signed on the back. It does not require additional framing and is shipped with hooks and wire so that it can be hung immediately after unwrapping, or (as this is a small piece of art) even placed on a stand for a table top feature.
All artwork is signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
This item will be shipped in a cardboard crate.
