Fox Blox has been on a journey… it has had many layers, many changes and been with me over a year! In this piece I have combined two styles… the pasted texture (in this case a clear object rather than just texture) and colour blocking.
I do like the overlapping layers on this painting and will be developing this technique over pasted canvas further.
My work has an emphasis on texture and in this painting I have used acrylic paste with palette knives to create the underlying structure and then coloured with acrylic paint.
This painting is on 100% cotton canvas stretched over a deep (approx 3.7cm) wooden frame and is signed on the front. It does not require additional framing and is shipped with hooks and wire so that it can be hung immediately after unwrapping.
All artwork is signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
This item will be carefully shipped in a cardboard crate.
